Grace Eleanor Bull

Grace Bull, 87, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family in her Henderson home on Sunday, October 8, 2017. Born July 28, 1930, in South Hadley Falls, Massachusetts, she met her husband (Walter Bull - died on July 19, 1991) while together serving our country in the Air Force. They married on May 20, 1950, and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, in 1966. In the early 80's, Grace and her husband moved to the community of Cold Creek, Nevada, where together they had a great influence on its growth and sense of community until 2005, when an accidental injury made it impossible to continue to live without a little help. She then moved down to live with her daughter, Sharon, in Henderson, Nevada, who became her caregiver until her passing. Grace worked for 28 years at the Desert Inn Hotel and retired as purchasing director in 1995. She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her four children, Dave Bull, Sharon Menno, Jim Bull and Cathy Sauceda along with their spouses, nine grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Her examples of love and compassion made a deep impact on the lives of her family and countless friends, colleagues, and community members. She will be dearly missed, but live forever in the hearts of many. A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 10:30 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (2300 Sunridge Heights Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89052).
