Las Vegas, Nevada - Jean Carol Matz, 82, passed away peacefully Saturday, November 18, 2017. Graveside Service: November 29, 2017, 11 AM at Palm Cemetery, Las Vegas. Jean was born in Chicago, Illinois - December 19, 1934, the daughter of Mabel & Charles Pasch. She lived most of her life in the city of Chicago. Jean moved to Las Vegas in 2013 to live with her daughter, June. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She leaves behind four daughters, Barbara Eckes and Victor Gambone, June French, Susan Kalachnik and husband Paul and Nancy Sattler, 10 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren and her special friend, Joe. She was preceded in death by her parents, Son James Matz and Grandchildren James Sattler and Amanda French and the Father of her children, Donald Matz. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation to the Alzheimer's Association, Alz.org or Infinity Hospice, Las Vegas.
