Rudy was born in Corocor, Bacarra Illocos Norte, Philippines to Pedro Vea and Gorgonia Vea on March 23, 1951. He went to school at Northwestern College. He married Teresita R. Vea on January 10, 1973. He came to the U.S. with his family in the year of 1997 and worked with a few companies but retired working as a hotel houseman at Westin Lake Las Vegas.
Rudy is survived by his wife Teresita R. Vea. His three children Haidee V. Tamayo (Rainier), Eric R. Vea, Mayleen V. Boholst (Patrick). His siblings Victoria, Leticia, Angel, Cecille, Edeliza, Leo, Reynaldo, Ricarte, Guillermo and Verona. His five grandchildren Ranolf Blase, Tristan, Richmond Roque, Tyler and Tommy. And to all his brother/sister in laws, nephews and nieces.
Pallbearers will be Roque, Angel, Leo, Reynaldo, Ricarte and Guillermo.
Family and friends will fondly remember him as a great, loving and hardworking man.
