Jocelyn B. Bain, 69, a retired nurse of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on December 6, 2020. She was born on February 5, 1951 in San Antonio, Pilar, Capiz, Philippines to Tito Borbon Blancaver, Sr. and Candelaria Miane Blancaver. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Frank Bain. She is survived by her daughters, Elleyne and Candice; her grandchildren, Collin and Maddox; her son-in-law, Brandon; and her daughter's partner, Daniel. Services will be held at Palm Southwest Mortuary. Guests who are unable to attend services are encouraged to contact the mortuary for livestream information.
