Mr. Troiano worked with the Las Vegas Hilton for 40 years, working his way from dealer to executive. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Karen (Avolio) Troiano; children, Jennifer Marie (Dr. Nicholas) White and Dr. Robert (Angelica) Troiano; grandchildren, Natalie and Samantha White, and Anthony, Andrew and Abigail Troiano; and brothers, Dr. Richard (Nina) Troiano and Paul (Pamela) Troiano.
Family will receive friends from 3-7 p.m., Tuesday, April 9, 2013. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 10, 2013, all at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City.
