Josephine E. Terbeek

Josephine Elizabeth Terbeek - April 1, 1927 ~ April 5, 2014 Josephine “Jo” Elizabeth Terbeek passed away on April 5, 2014. She was lovingly known to most as Nana. She was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania on April 1, 1927 to Rosario and Angeline Licata. She was married to Richard N. Terbeek on April 26, 1950 who preceded her in death. Jo raised her family in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania until 1980 when the family relocated to Las Vegas. In 2001 Jo moved to Roy, Utah and later Brigham. She was the matriarch of our family, and the glue that held everything together. She was known for her sense of humor, sarcasm and undying generosity and kindness.  She was preceded in death by her sister, Vera; brother, Tom; and daughter, Linda. Jo is survived by her son, Russell (Linda); daughter, Tina (Rich); grandchildren, Christine, Eric, Nicole, Nicholas, Kristen, Joanie, Jeremy and Joshua; and great-grandchildren, Kassandra, Trevor, Kenedi, Alexis, Ashley, AJ, Emma, Bella, and Saige. The family would like to thank the staff at CURO Hospice, especially Coundy, for all of their care and devotion. We are going to miss you so much Nana…and don’t know how we are ever going to go on without you!
