Marian Kekulanamu Gaea, age 70, of Las Vegas, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2026. She was born on January 25, 1956 in Honolulu, Hawaii and had been a Las Vegas area resident for the past eight years. Mrs. Gaea worked as a driver for Oahu Transportation Services, retiring in 2018. In her spare time, she enjoyed crafting and shopping.
She was preceded in death by her sister: Doreen Mahaulu and brother: Eric Mahaulu. Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Veni and children: Stephanie Gaea, Sandra Gaea, Kriston (Stephanie) Gaea, Stacy (Jordan) Quizon and Curtis (Kacie) Gaea; eighteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and brothers: Clayton, Derek (Jamie), and Bertram Mahaulu.
Visitation will be held from 3-7pm on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. A funeral service will begin at 9am on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, all at Palm Southwest Mortuary, 7979 W. Warm Springs Rd., Las Vegas. Interment will follow at Palm Valley View Cemetery, Las Vegas.
