Marjorie Ruth Caseman

Marjorie Ruth (McCane) Caseman 88, passed away on October 24, 2024 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Marjorie was born on October 25, 1935 in Vanceburg, Kentucky, to Henry Scott and Ermal Josephine McCane. Marjorie married Wilbert Caseman on September 25,1954 in Vanceburg, Kentucky. Marjorie was known by family and friends as Markie. Marjorie and Wilbert moved to Las Vegas in August of 1956 where she lived and raised her family until October 2024. Marjorie loved to travel to Vanceburg and Oceanside California. Marjorie was caring, nonjudgmental, and had a listening ear for anyone who needed it. Marjorie took in all stray cats or dogs that came to her. Marjorie had the ability to make anyone smile and always had a quick wit.

Marjorie is survived by two children, Michael Caseman and Carol (Tom) Lozich; grandchildren, Anthony (Rachel) Lozich, April Caseman (Ricardo), Faith Lozich, Michael Caseman (Jeannell); Great-grandchildren, Kenneth, London, Joshua and Hannah Sophia. Marjorie had many cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Marjorie is preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert. Brothers, Jude, Hank, Naman, Tom and her sister Naomi. Family, friends, and others whose lives Marjorie has touched are invited to the Palm Eastern Mortuary, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, Nevada. November 5, 2024, for a visitation from 10am to 12:00 noon, Service at 12:00, and graveside service at 1:00 pm.
