Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Wildia Robinson and all six siblings: James Robinson, Annie Fryer, Josie Moore, Katherine Jackson, Wildia Smith and Henry Robinson.
She is survived by her husband Lloyd G. Harze; two daughters Caprice Nowell and Donna Kline; one grandson Ryan Nowell; son-in-law Howard Michael Kline; as well as many nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Mary resided in New York City from the age of 19 and most of her adult life until relocating to Teaneck, New Jersey. She was employed with New York Telephone Company (Verizon) for 37 years. She retired in 1990. After retirement, her work wasn't finished. She opened a daycare center where she loved and nurtured over 15 children...some from infancy. Until this very day the children continue to call her "mama". She was a fantastic cook, collected angel figurines, loved Christmas, enjoyed listening to gospel music and reading.
She was a parishioner at St. Anastasia Catholic Church in Teaneck, New Jersey for 25 years. She served as Eucharistic Minister. She became a member of St. Thomas More Catholic community after relocating to Las Vegas 10 years ago. Her love of God and her constant faith enabled her to leave a legacy to her family to whom she was totally committed and loved unconditionally.
Mary will also be remembered for her enormous sense of humor and infectious loving spirit. She filled rooms with life, love and laughter.
She warmly welcomed everyone into her home and became a second mother to so many people who appreciated her advice. She will be greatly missed by many.
The family extends a heartfelt thanks to the nurses and staff of St. Rose Sienna Hospital ICU West Unit, 2nd floor.
Arrangements under the direction of Palm Eastern Mortuary, Las Vegas, NV.
