Mary Jane was born on August 4th, 1938 in Lackawanna, NY, the first child of Ethel and Nicholas Fetcho. She was the typical Italian homemaker, always cooking for a large household. The household often included the boys that played baseball and soccer with her sons at St. Viator's or later the boys that played baseball with her sons at either LVHS or BGHS.
Mary Jane and her husband, Dan, were very involved at St. Viator's Catholic Church. They were the President Couple of the Holy Family Retreat Association and she also served as a Lay Minister. She was very active as a parishioner and she volunteered for many church and school activities. In addition, when building the new church, a lasting memory was pledged for one of the sky windows behind the altar. Her loving support to family and community will be sorely missed.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Daniel, her two children, Michael (Claire) and David (Stacey); 3 grandchildren, Michael (Marissa), Charles, and Nathen; her brother Ronald (Claudia), her sister Gloria Lynch (Richard), her brother-in-law William Martin and her sister-in-law Phyllis Fetcho. There are also 16 surviving nephews/nieces in the Faccinto, Parise, Lynch, and Fetcho families. She was preceded in death by her brothers Al "Moky" Faccinto Sr., Daniel Fetcho, and her sisters Violet Parise and Nicole Martin.
Services will he held at St. Viator's Catholic Church on Monday October 10th at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. Arrangements under the direction of Palm Southwest Mortuary, Las Vegas, NV.
