Our beloved dad Norman R. Tornek died on Dec. 31, 2012. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, friend and cousin. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Donna Tornek, who he loved with all his heart; his children, son David S. Tornek and daughter Sheri Johns (son-in-law Kenneth); his most beloved granddaughters Samantha, Alexandra (Allie)Johns, and Ashley; plus his most loyal and forever companion, his dog Lucy; and longtime friend Lee Branch.
He was well loved and liked by everyone he knew and he never knew a stranger. He loved his family and was very devoted to his wife Donna.
He served in the army and was a traveler of the world. He loved Star Trek and he especially liked Spock. He could make you laugh even in bad times and he loved to joke around with people.
Dad, lots of tears have fallen once you left us so unexpected and we will miss you a lot. Dad, you were our rock.
