Ofelia Anguiano

Ofelia Anguiano passed peacefully at home on March 22nd 2022 after a courageous 8 year battle with cancer. She was greeted into the gates of heaven by her first born son Alex. She is survived in great love by her husband of 48 years Javier, her devoted sons Roberto (Jen) and Anthony (Paul) and loving grandchildren Lorenzo, Isabella, Sophia along with her special Grand dog Duggee. Ofelia was born in Guadalajara Mexico on April 1, 1951. She was a loving daughter to Carlos and Dolores Vazquez. She was a constant caretaker for her 11 siblings due to the untimely passing of her mother when she was a young girl. Ofelia and Javier relocated their family to Northridge, California, and then resided in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1994. Ofelia worked for over 20 years at the Las Vegas Hilton as a maid, working her way up to a housekeeping supervisor until she retired. She enjoyed going to the movies, cooking exceptionally well like no other for all her family, watching her sons build beautiful lives, seeing her Grandson own the baseball field, and her grand daughters dance with joy on stage. Ofelia was well loved by everyone who knew her. She never held a grudge, always smiled and never wanted anyone to cry. She shared many laughs and love with all whom she loved. Her brave demeanor kept her fighting all the way until the end.. and she won. We will miss her and love her forever. Rest In Peace Mommy
