Patrick was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a retired machinist at Pearl Harbor Ship Yard. He is survived by Bernice, his beloved wife of 62 years; two children, Renee K. Cadaoas (Ceasar) and Patrick Jr, (Melody); four grandchildren, Allen Pharr (Laura Lee), Christin Mendoza (Brendan), Ipo Pharr, and Chyeanne Akima (George); and one great-granddaughter, Emma Mendoza. Patrick served in the U. S. Army, served in the Hawaii Army National Guard, and was an Air Force Veteran. He was a graduate of Waipahu High School, class of 1955. Patrick was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Services will be private. King David Memorial handled the arrangements.
