Randy William Awe

On January 16, 2022 Randy William Awe passed away from complications from Myasthenia Gravis, a rare autoimmune disorder, at 66 years young. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, brother in law, and friend. He was so loved by everyone he met.

Randy was born on Valentine’s Day in February 1955. He grew up in Elgin, Illinois - the son of Alvin and Vivian Awe. He moved to California after going to college at Northern Illinois University, where he continued his studies at San Jose State University and graduated with a degree in Business Management.

Randy had two children who were the apple of his eye; Richelle who was born in 1985, and Jason who was born in 1986.

Randy married the love of his life, Janice Nannini on October 16, 1993. Janice and Randy enjoyed many wonderful years together rejoicing in hobbies such as tennis, bike riding, traveling, and spending copious time with family and friends.

Randy especially loved spending quality time with his four grandchildren: Laila, Ryleigh, Gavin and Lucas.

Randy will truly be missed by all that loved him.
