Ray W. McKown, 83, of Henderson, NV passed away June 5, 2015. He was born in Los Angeles, CA on November 25, 1931. Ray graduated from Torrance High School. He was married to Grace on December 29, 1962. Ray worked as an Aircraft Mechanic for McDonnel. He had a passion for cars, cigars, shooting pool, swimming, horse racing and his lovely wife. Ray is survived by his wife, Grace; daughters, Deborah and Cheryl; son, Jon; step daughters, Cheryl, Cindy and Lisa; 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and his brother, Wayne Jones. Visitation will be from 4-7pm, Wednesday, June 10th. Service will be at 11 am Thursday, June 11th, both at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123. Private burial service to follow at the Southern Nevada Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery.
