Rebecca Jane Edgar

It is with deep sorrow and much love that the Edgar family announce the passing of their beloved matriarch, Rebecca Jane Edgar. She peacefully passed away in her home while surrounded by family on February 20, 2025, at the age of 84. She was born on October 3, 1940, to Charles Loris Fink and Laura Allen of Raleigh, West Virginia.

Rebecca Jane Edgar, known as Becky to those who loved her leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication and hard work. She was a loving devoted wife to Thomas Patrick Edgar for 68 years, and together they built and operated Cardinal Plumbing, a business they ran in Las Vegas, NV, for 35 years.

Beyond Becky’s stellar entrepreneurial skills, she was an accomplished homemaker and hostess who loved to prepare grand meals for family and friends. Her ability to bring people together was unmatched, and she made sure everyone felt welcome and loved in her home. As a skilled quilter, Becky’s talents in the craft were recognized far and wide. She received numerous accolades and ribbons for her exquisite work, showcasing her attention to detail and artistic talent. Other hobbies that she enjoyed included baking, traveling, and antiquing.

Becky’s life was marked by her deep loyalty and love for her family. She and her husband, Thomas, created a strong foundation for their family, and together they shared a prosperous and happy life in Las Vegas for many years. Their business, Cardinal Plumbing, became a hallmark of their hard work and dedication. Becky’s unwavering support of her family was the cornerstone of their success.
