Robert, known to his friends as Bob, was born in Brooklyn, New York on May 27, 1940, to Nicholas and Christina (Cipione) Grasso. He attended New Utrecht High School in Brooklyn and was the owner of Grasso Public Carting in New York City. He moved to Henderson in 2000, and established Grasso Auto Sales on Boulder Highway in Las Vegas.
He will be greatly missed by his many friends and family.
Bob is survived by his sister, Marie Brienza, of Brooklyn; his son Nicholas and daughter-in-law Laura, and his grandson Dante, all of Henderson.
A visitation will be held from 4:00 - 6:00pm on Monday, June 12 and on Tuesday, June 13 at Hites Funeral Home, 438 Sunset Road, Henderson.
