Robert Herman Kelting Jr.

He loved the outdoor spaces found in Summerlin, Nevada. True to his life passion and dedication to fitness, you might have found him riding his bicycle, walking, swimming, or hiking Red Rock. Herman was always in motion. As a man dedicated to both mental as well as physical fitness, he was constantly working on a project. It might be researching and authoring an article on healthy living, studying the effects of noise and electronic pollution on our bodies, or taking on those who would place commerce over people’s wellbeing. Herman was never one to back down from a fight.

A self-described “mediocre student,” Herman attended school in Montebello and Whittier and went on to receive his Doctorate from University of Wisconsin.

Herman never failed to make an impact wherever he went. He will be dearly missed.

A visitation for Robert will be held Monday, August 16, 2021 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at Our Lady Of Las Vegas, 3036 Alta Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89107. A funeral service will occur Monday, August 16, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Las Vegas, 3050 Alta Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89107. A committal service will occur Monday, August 16, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Palm Eastern Mortuary, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
