I will always remember Rose's lovely smile and warm heart. I am grateful to have known her and that she was a happy part of my childhood memories. Rose was a friend to our family and her sweet memory will remain forever in my heart.

Heaven has gained another angel.  Aunt Rose was one of the kindest and loving people I have ever known.  She was filled with love and happiness and didn't have a mean bone in her body.  She surely will be missed.  I was fortunate to spend several days with her and Uncle John during my trip 2 years ago and those moments will forever be treasured in my heart. I truly believe Aunt Rose is home now, reunited with Uncle John in a place where they will never experience anything other than love and happiness.  God gave us precious time with his angel Rose and has now taken her back to Heaven.  We will all be together again one day. Until then, Aunt Rose will continue to live through all our wonderful memories.  She will forever be alive in our hearts.

My dear and precious Aunt Rose will be forever in my heart and I am so grateful to have had her in my life. She is now in heaven with Uncle John and I'm also sure my Mom and my Dad greeted her with loving arms as they had a special love for each other.

When we think of lovely Rose, we can't help but smile.  We were extremely fond of her and John, and could not have asked for more wonderful, sweet neighbors.
Rarely in our lives do we meet someone like Rose, and we feel blessed to have known her.  She was so fond of her family, and her face beamed with joy and love when she spoke of them.  
She will be sadly missed, indeed, and will leave a lasting memory in our hearts and minds.  Rest in peace, sweet Rose, and we hope that you are having a loving, joyous reunion with John.  Love, Marc & Debbie Cohen

Nothing I can write to express how I feel and the loss I feel.

There is for sure a special place for Rose in heaven! I lived across the street from the Hills growing up. I have many fond memories of the love and kindness they gave to me as a child, that I have never forgotten. I have thought of them over the years so a few years back I tracked them down & called them to tell them how special they were and what a difference they made in my life. Thank God they are together again joined at the hip!

Our thoughts and prayers go out to those that Rose left behind. She is truly not gone for all you have to do is look into the mirror and you will see a glimmer of her and John. She was a wonderful story telling woman who loved her family deeply.  There are no words to comfort you the only thing that will help is to hold onto the memories that where created, hold onto to them , when feeling sad just know that Mom is looking down and you will feel a shoulder getting a little heavier, it really isn't it is just Mom keeping an eye on you, she will always be there in good times and bad. Take one day at a time.

In my 66 years, Rose Hill was the finest person that I ever had the opportunity to know.  She was kind, caring and loving; and, I never heard her once say a disparaging word about anyone.  She and John treated my wife  and I like their own children, when we move across the street from them, in 1979.  They became instant family. I will always miss her. No more porkchops and green peppers in tomoato sauce. No more cheese cake.  I hope God has a special place for her, in heaven.  She deserves it.    Love you always.  Peter
