Teodoro P. “Ted” Pabalan of Las Vegas passed peacefully in the early morning on Wednesday, November 29. He leaves behind his beloved and loving wife of 57 years, Gloria Pabalan. Ted was born in the Philippines on November 9, 1941 where he spent his early years. He received his Engineering Degree from Mapua Institute of Technology. He then emigrated to the United States in 1969 and settled in Los Angeles. Ted worked at UCLA as a Mechanical Engineer for over 30 years. He retired in 2004 and moved to Las Vegas. Ted enjoyed music and played the guitar and ukulele. His other hobbies included, bowling, fishing, camping, singing karaoke, ballroom dancing and hanging out with friends and family. Ted is survived by his wife, Gloria; daughter, Arlene; son, Alan; and his 6 grandchildren. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and his unconditional willingness to help others.
