

Thalia Coutoumanos Wilcox, 82, loving wife, mother, and grandmother passed away on Feb. 21st at home. Born in Detroit, Michigan, her family relocated to Las Vegas where she graduating from Las Vegas High School. She attended business school until she started a 44 year career in the Airlines working for Bonanza,
Air West, Hughes Air West, Republic, Northwest and finally retiring Delta after making many, many friends.
Thalia then worked for Metro Gang Unit, making more friends and using and expanding her experiences. She was the definition of ambition, motivation and hard work, leading to very successful careers. Thalia lived by the wise words of her Mother “have your own money, your car, and your friends”. Everyone that had the blessing of meeting her knows what a beautiful soul she was.
Thalia was the life of the party and will be remembered by everyone she touched. Her favorite activity was traveling around the world with family and friends.
Thalia is survived by her husband Paul of 53 years, granddaughter Annastasia, and great grandchildren Elijah and Jameson.
Forever remembered as “Muddo”, Mother to all, incredible and exceptional beyond all possibilities XOXO. A life well lived.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Palm Mortuary - Eastern, located at 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123, on March 3, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Champagne Toast to Thalia is scheduled at the same venue on March 3, 2026, at 5:30 pm.
A Committal Service will take place at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, located at 1900 Veterans Mem, Boulder City, NV 89005, on March 4, 2026, at 10:40 am.
