Travis Epati Kupono’olani Nofoa

June 17, 1995 – October 28, 2024

Travis Nofoa, 29, of Las Vegas, Nevada tragically passed away on October 28, 2024 in New Town, North Dakota. His death was a shock to all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and loved ones.

He was born to John and Rhonda Nofoa in Wahiawa, Hawaii on June 17, 1995 and was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. A dedicated and talented athlete since childhood, he graduated from Desert Pines High School in 2013 after playing Quarterback on the Varsity football team. His daughter Arya was born in 2021 and his son Zayne in 2023. They were his pride and joy.

Travis was known for his infectious smile and ability to light up every room he was in. He was the life at every party who was always full of jokes and laughter. Travis was a “Sneakerhead” who loved all things fashion. During the winter season you would often find him snowboarding up in Lee Canyon with his brother Trevor and his friends.

Travis joins his grandmothers, Sharron Smith and Toalua Nofoa, his grandfather Ronald Smith, and his uncle Jerry Nofoa in heaven. He leaves behind memories of love and laughter to his surviving family, which include:

Nephew to 14: Roxanne Ferrando (and her husband, Paul and daughter, Mikayla); Leo Smith (and his wife, Elizabeth; Jolly Matavao; Joe Nofoa (and his wife, Mary); Ropeti Sana Nofoa; David Soi; Tutaima Hudnell; Joyce Nofoa; James Nofoa (and his wife, Elenor); Teresa Nofoa; Alesana Nofoa (and his wife, Lingah Lameko); Jolynn Felise; Apelu Mile; and Siiva Mile.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123 from 3pm-5pm and the service from 5pm-7pm.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 5240 South Decatur Blvd, Suite 6, Las Vegas, NV 89118 from 5pm-10pm.
