– Susan Baedorf
William John Baedorf, 55, of Las Vegas, NV, passed away on November 30, 2023. He was born to Carl and Sybil in Oak Park, Illinois on November 23, 1968. He was married to Susan Bounthong Baedorf on July 31, 2016.
Born and raised in Chicago he loved his Chicago Cubs, Bears, Blackhawks and Bulls. He was a huge sports fan and an avid golfer. He was a history buff, loved art, music, grilling and cooking. His favorite Chicago Italian beef sandwich was Jay’s and there was only one way to eat a hot dog and it was a Chicago hot dog style. William and his wife Susan moved from Chicago to Vegas, and it became their forever home. He loved Vegas, the sunshine and being able to play golf year-round. He was so happy and had a smile every day. More than anything he loved his family and friends. Anyone who met him was lucky to have known him because he was a genuine and loyal friend. He had the biggest heart and was always so kind and thoughtful. His kindness and humility touched not just our family but all who knew him.
William is survived by his wife, Susan; father, Frederick Carl Baedorf; brother, Fred Baedorf and his sister Karla Baedorf Cline.
