William George Hunt, 69, of Henderson, passed away Saturday Nov. 8th, after a valiant battle with leukemia, surrounded by his family. “Bill” was born Aug. 25th, 1945 in Detroit, Michigan to Robert and Evangeline Hunt. Bill served in the US Air Force in Vietnam as a navigator in a C1-30. He retired as a Real Estate Developer after 36 years. He was a wonderful husband, father, “papa” and friend. Bill is survived by his devoted and beloved wife, Dee; daughters, Julie (Ryan), Lisa (Paul) and Kristin; and 12 grandchildren. Services will be at 11:00am, Saturday November 15th at the LDS Stake Center, 2497 Cozy Hill Circle, Henderson, NV 89052. He will be buried at the Southern Nevada Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City.
