He is surviced by his wife Carrie Wilson Summers of Lawrenceburg; one son Steve Summers of Lawrenceburg; three daughters Shelia Holder of New York, Sherri Silver and Charlotte Lampron both of VT; and 14 grandchildren.
He was prededed in death by his parents Ed Summers and Opal Wash Summers.
Funeral Service will be held at Pettus-Turnbo Chapel, Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 11 am with Jeremiah Tatum officiating and interment in Mimosa Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Pettus-Turnbo, Monday, November 12, 2012 5 ~ 8 pm.
