She is survived by two sons, Micah & Blain Johns of Dixon, TN; father, Paul Dan Smith Jr. & step-mother, Patricia Lynn Smith of Lawrenceburg, TN; four brothers, Paul Dan Smith III of Jacksonville, FL; Christopher Smith, Nathan Cox, Michael Cox and James Daniel Smith all of Lawrenceburg, TN; a sister, Heather Norman of Columbia, TN and a step-sister, Amber Eaton of Loretto, TN. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sheila Stafford Smith.
Memorial service at Pettus-Turnbo Chapel, Monday, November 25, 2013 at 2 pm with Billy Woodward officiating.
Visitation will be Monday, November 25, 2013, 12 pm ~ 2 pm at Pettus-Turnbo Chapel.
