Mr. Hewitt Wilson, age 94 of Estill Springs, TN passed away on September 23, 2016 at his residence. He was a native of Winston Co., AL, retired from Murray, Inc. as foreman of trim department. He was a U.S. Army Veteran as a Staff Sgt. and a member of the New Prospect United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Wilson; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two daughters, Joan Shaffer (Leldon) and Sherry Bradford (Donnie); one brother, Harold Wilson (Frances).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Bessie Stephen Wilson; one son-in-law, Verbon Teat.
Funeral Service will be held at Pettus-Turnbo Chapel, Monday, September 26, 2016 at 2 pm with Billy Beal officiating and interment in the Lawrence County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held at Pettus-Turnbo Chapel, Sunday, September 25, 2016, 5 ~ 8 pm.
