Ruben lived in Dayton since 2003. He attended Rhea of Sunshine and was a member of First Baptist Church.
He is survived by his mother Margey Lee Webb; his brother DeWayne (Charlotte) Webb both of Dayton; four nephews: Andrew Webb of Johnson City, Joshua Webb, Nathan Webb and Stephen Webb all of Dayton.
Funeral services for Ruben will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home in Lawrenceburg with Rev. Milton Knox officiating. He will be laid to rest near his father in the John Lay Cemetery in Lawrenceburg.
