Joe was born in Friendship, Tx. He served in the Military Reserves and married in the Catholic Church in 1970 to Hope, the love of his life. As a young man, he and his family were traveling farmers. He single handily saved his money to purchase a family home for his parents and siblings.
His adulthood occupations ranged from salesman to ordained Deacon. Together as husband and wife they passionately devoted their lives to their church and their community.
Joe enjoyed gardening, wood-working, watching old westerns and sharing his childhood memories.
He was a loving, kind and saintly step-father to six girls who respected and adored his quiet enduring patience.
Joe was a humble simple man deeply devoted to his family and his Catholic faith. He believed strongly in the importance of family, prayer, and perseverance through life’s challenges. His presence anchored generations and his memory will continue to guide and influence those who loved him.
Joe was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Hope, and one cherished daughter. He is survived by his five loving daughters, along with countless grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren who will carry forward his legacy of family, faith, and love.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to all for their care and compassion.
May he rest in eternal peace.
