Cristian Jesus Nadal

Cristian Jesus Nadal, 7 of Myerstown went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 19, 2014. He passed away from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident, involving his family on September 14, 2014. Born in Lebanon on April 23, 2007 he was the son of Amarilys Nadal with whom he lived with in Myerstown and Robert Velez of Lebanon. Surviving in addition to his parents are step father David Arnold, sisters Marissa Nadal and Alaina Arnold all at home. Also surviving are maternal grandmother Carmen Torres, and paternal grandmother Maria Velez, sisters Tiesha Velez of Lebanon and Tiffany Velez of New York, several aunts, uncles and cousins, a niece and close friends. He was proceeded in death by maternal grandfather Jesus Nadal for which he was named after.

Cristian was a second grade student at Fort Zeller Elementary School. He loved playing football for the Myerstown Panthers peewee football team. He had a passion for all sports, especially baseball and football. He played some basketball and also went hunting. He was an avid John Cena and WWE fan. He pursued his music interest by taking guitar lessons. There was nothing that he did not want to do or try. He and his family attended Calvary Chapel in Lebanon. Cristian had a contagious smile and a heart of gold. He was everyone's best friend and lived his life to the fullest every day.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2014 from 9am-11am at New Beginnings Grace Brethren Church 430 E. Lincoln Ave., Myerstown, Pa., 17067, followed by the funeral service at 11am. Interment will be at Grand View Memorial Park Cemetery, Annville. Contributions may be made in Cristian’s memory to the Myerstown Midget Football Program, Myerstown, PA., 17067, Attention: Stephanie Wilson 117 W. Carpenter Ave., Myerstown, Pa., 17067.
