Evelyn J "Ev" Hockley

Evelyn J. “Ev” Hockley, 92, of Lebanon died Monday, November 7, 2011 in ManorCare Health Services in Lebanon. She was the wife of the late Richard G. Hockley. She was born in Lebanon on March 14, 1919, daughter of the late James and Izora Brough Peters. She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, Lebanon, Elks Club Ladies Aux., Goodwill Fire Co. Ladies Aux. and a former Eastern Star Chapter 115. Evelyn is survived by her daughters: Shirley J. Hockley, Lebanon; Gloria A. Hockley, Lebanon; grandchildren: Brian G. Hockley and wife Nicole, Lebanon; Kelly wife of Robert Bell, Lebanon; Chad R. Hockley, Columbia; William Trythall, Jr., and wife Angela, Kenton, OH; Eight great-grandchildren; sister: Kay Lindhorst, MI and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son: Richard J. Hockley; brothers: Chester, James, Richard, Eugene, William and John Peters and her sister Shirley A. Horn. Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 2:00 PM in the Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon where a visitation will begin at 1:00 PM. There will be NO VIEWING.
