Kurt L Mehler Sr.

Kurt L. Mehler Sr., 44, of Lebanon, passed away at home on Monday, September 2nd, 2013. He was the son of the late Leopold R. Mehler and Shirley A. Achenbach Zimmerman, Lebanon. He was the husband of Stacey L. Hall Mehler. Mr. Mehler was employed as a Supervisor for Patterson Dental in Mt. Joy. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Gulf War. He was a member of the Leblanc Hunting Club and Messiah Lutheran Church, Lebanon. Surviving are his mother; step father: Robert Zimmerman; wife; children: Kurt L. Mehler Jr. and Katie A. Mehler both of Lebanon; step brothers: Dwayne E, husband of Tammy Zimmerman, Lebanon; Robert E. Zimmerman II of Lebanon; Steven J, husband of Jenn Zimmerman, Strasburg; step daughter: Amy Slade, Alabama; granddaughter: Lily Lorenzo, Alabama; aunt: Barbara, wife of James Lehman, Palmyra; uncle: Neil Achenbach, Md. A Christian Funeral Service will be held in St. Mary’s Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 2 N. 8th Street, Lebanon, Pa.,17046 on Tuesday, September 10th, 2013 at 10:00a.m. A visitation will be from 9:00a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville at 11:30a.m. with full Military Honors. Contributions may be made in Kurt’s memory to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
