Thomas J. Sherwood, 96, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, February 13, 2013 in Spang Crest Manor, Lebanon. He was the husband of the late Emma M. Zehring Sherwood. He was born in England on May 6, 1916, a son of the late James Thomas Sherwood and Eliza Sherwood. Thomas retired as chief metallurgist with Bethlehem Steel Corporation and later became a clock maker. He was a graduate of Trine University in Indiana. He is survived by children, Thomas J. Sherwood, Jr. and wife Judith of Lititz; daughter, Jean M. Sherwood of Lebanon; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters. Funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.
