I hope that it is ok that I'm writing this. I was at the scene of the accident in Palm Springs and stayed until the first responders arrived. There were several people who stopped and shielded him and we were all praying for him and surrounding him with comforting words. My mother passed away in January of this year and I miss her profoundly. I am so sorry for the lost of both your parents in this last year. I am happy to know he was well loved. Blessings with your family.

To Wendy, Gordon, Douglas, Ronald And Bradley:I received a phone call from Gail Holm telling me about your Dad's unfortunate accident. This brought me back to the special times we had with them going back to the time your Mom & Dad lived on thee Saint Albert farm & extending to the new house on the Leduc farm.They knew how to host a party.
The re-building of the barn was something I remember well. Never before or since have I had the task of mucking concrete on the barn floor. They had lots of friends thus things got done quickly including the re-stocking of a milking herd.

You & your children will miss your parents greatly but time will heal your loss.

We wish to express our heartfelt condolences to the Pedersen family. Harry was always an upbeat, positive and dedicated man. As a builder in the Leduc area, it was a pleasure working with him. Garth, Karen, Ryan and Ginger Leach, Cornerbrook Custom Homes.

Faith, family & friends were the hallmarks of Harry's life... a life of varied interests lived with both passion and compassion.
I value the decades of friendship, care and compassion shown to my family in particular at the loss of my brother.

We were so sorry to hear of Harry's sudden and tragic passing in Palm Springs.  He was a noted dairyman, auctioneer, real estate salesman and, of course, husband and father.  I spoke with him just before he left for Palm Springs.  He always had good stories to tell of his children and grandchildren as well as old times on the farm.  Due to a flu bug, I felt it better to say home but I will be thinking of you all today.

we are very pleased to have met Harry, Pat and all children. We had an incredibly and wonderful holiday in 2009, when we were visiting you, that we will never forget.
Our thought are with you today, when your father take off on his last journey.

Right from the first time we met about 10-12 years ago, Harry always remembered my name and he always stopped to talk business with me.  

This was very early in my career: he actually may have been the first person to do so.  Making people feel like they were special was clearly a gift he had, and I will miss him.

Ron and Tammie and Family, I was very shocked to hear the news that your dad passed away. I knew your dad from auctions and 4-H sales -- he was a kind man who always had a contagious smile. He will be missed but always remembered.

When visiting Palm Springs, while getting ready to go to dinner,the TV in our hotel room was broadcasting the local news about a Canadian man from Leduc  Alberta  named Harry Pedersen had been fatally struck  by a car while crossing East Palm Drive about 7:00 PM on February 22. It was dark. We were shocked to hear the news. A loss to the community. We miss you-a gem!

We in our small family cannot stop thinking of Harry and all the great hours we have had together with him during his stays in Denmark and the fantastic trip we had to Canada last summer.
With Harry as the most fantastic and experienced guide with a wonderful learning sense of humor. That will always the turning point we have in our memories when we think and talk of him.  
During our stay in Canada Harry gave us the possibility to meet your wonderful Pedersen family. He spoke a lot of all you and was very proud of all of you!
We do think of you and we will have Harry and all of you in our thoughts while the Ceremony take place Tuesday 1st of March 2016.

Harry Pedersen was one of the classiest guys I've ever met.   A true gentlemen.  Just a super individual.  I will miss him.

My family met Harry twelve years ago when we were moving from High Level to the Leduc area. He was a real estate agent that I randomly picked from the paper. He became so much more then a real estate agent, he became a friend. We appreciated his honesty. We were always looking at property that needed a lot of tender loving care. He often looked at us and told us if we bought a certain property that he would never come and see us again.  One of the things that impressed me about Harry was how proudly he spoke about his family, and what they meant to him. Our condolences to the family on the loss of a wonderful man.
