May 22, 1955 - December 15, 2015
With great sadness we announce the passing of our loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and dear friend. She slipped away peacefully with family by her side following a courageous battle with M.E.N. Type 1 cancer.
Lorraine: a kind, caring, fun loving, horse fanatic will forever be remembered by her husband Eddy; her children: Corry, Shane (Ashlee), Jennifer (Mike), Jacqueline (Tim); step-children: Chris, Wendy, Nick (Audra); 17 grandchildren; mother Agnes; sisters: Cecile (Frank), Judy (Miles), Linda (Mike); brother Marvin (Ellen) and numerous extended family and friends.
Lorraine is predeceased by her father Edward and an infant brother Peter.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 19th at 11am at the Ebenezer Christian Reformed Church, 49245 Range Rd 250, in Leduc.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Lorraine’s memory may be made to the Canadian Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Society, Box 100 Meota, SK S0M 1X0.
