Billy Wayne Kelly, age 75 of Rainbow City, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, November 27, 2025. Mr. Kelly is survived by his caregiver Mary Martin (Steve); stepsons, Perry McCartney (Kathy) and Shane McCartney (Lisa); stepdaughter Carolyn Garrison (Kenneth); a host of step grandchildren and great grandchildren and cousins. Services for Mr. Kelly will be on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Kilgroe Funeral Home 1750 Ashville Road, Leeds, Alabama 35094. Visitation will be from 1:30 PM until 2:30 PM with the funeral service beginning at 2:30 PM. Burial will follow at Branchville Cemetery in Odenville, Alabama.
