Mr. Tuggle was a member of Valley View Baptist Church and served in the U. S. Navy.
He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Tuggle Skipper (Christopher), son, Jason Tuggle and granddaughter, Alexandria Tuggle.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 15, 2010 at 11:00 AM from Kilgroe Funeral Home- Leeds Chapel with burial at Forest Crest Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday, February 14, 2010 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, AL.
