David E. Morgan "PawPaw" age 85 of Sterrett, AL passed away on Friday, May 9, 2025. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Dot; daughter, Brenda Morgan Mims; sons, David Morgan and Jerry Morgan; grandson, Cody Morgan. He will be remembered at a loving husband, father, and pawpaw.
David is survived by his daughters, Darlene Argo (Edwin) and Connie Pilkington (Pete); son, Garry Morgan; several grandkids, great grandkids, and great great grandkids; brother, Erskine Morgan; sister Labetha Miniard and a host of niece and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds beginning at 12:00PM with burial to follow at Vincent City Cemetery.
Pallbearers for the service will be: Allen Argo, Tom Irwin, Sonny Churchwell, Aaron Pilkington, Justin Isbell, and Jordan Irwin.
