David Allen "Pop" Perrin, Sr.

David (Pop) Allen Perrin, Jr. age 65 of Sterrett died Friday March 1, 2013.David is preceded in death by his parents Charles Preston and Annie Lou McKinney Perrin, brother Jabo Reeves, sisters Ruth King and Patricia Glass, father and mother in-law-J.V. and Lucille Christian, sister-in-law Kathy Christian, brother -in-law Terry Christian (Fatboy)

David enjoyed fishing with his grandkids, classic country music, playing his guitar. He was also a loyal Alabama football fan and was employed as a landscaper. Donations may be made to Jessica Mathis

David is survived by his wife Brenda Perrin, children David (Paula) Perrin Jr. Jessica(Greg) Mathis, daughter- in –law Regina(Robert) Reynolds, sisters-in-law Ann Shirley and Marty Christian, sisters Barbara Holsomback, Betty (Dennis) Reed, Virginia (Ronnie) Downs, Dessie Frederick, brothers Sonny(Miranda) Perrin and Jimmy Gordon Perrin, grandchildren Korey and Destiny Mathis , Preston and Lee Perrin

The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm on Sunday March 3, 2013 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.

Funeral Services will be at 3 PM at Union Hill Freewill Baptist Church in Vandiver Monday March 4, 2013 With burial in the adjoining cemetery.
