Deborah Lynn Attaway

Debbie Hyde Attaway went peacefully to be with the Lord on April 10th, 2022 at her home in Moody surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Frankfurt, Germany on July 26th 1955 to the late Louise and Horace Hyde. She married the love of her life Wayne Attaway in 1975. She was a loving mother, Nana, great grandmother, sister and aunt.

She was everything wonderful about being Southern. She was strong in her faith, gracious, a great cook, beautiful but modest, fun loving, and had a giving heart and was accepting of everyone.

Mrs. Attaway was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Attaway, great grandchild, Carmen and brother, Tom Hyde (Geraldine).

Debbie is survived by her daughters, Melissa Attaway (Chris Anderson) and Jennifer Sarich (Scott); grandchildren, Delilah, Samantha, Shelby, Kaiden, Bella, Mary, David, Ryan and Kristen; great grandchildren, Sophia, Manny, Mia, Adrian, and Rylan as well as numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 15, 2022 at Kilgroe Funeral Home from 1:00PM until 2:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 15, 2022 at Kilgroe Funeral Home beginning at 2:00PM with burial to follow at Sulphur Springs Cemetery.
