Donald Eugene Banks

He is preceded in death by his mother, Lena Alta and father, Lemuel Andrew Banks, son, Steven Ray, brothers, Andrew Vernon "Buddy" and Charles Lester, and sister Hazel Katherine Whisenhunt.

Mr. Banks is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Mary, son, Curtis Eugene (Judy), daughters, Sandra Chappell (Carl), Donna Coleman (Jimmy), grandchildren, Christopher Chappell (Nicole), Kristie Fuller, Stephanie Cole, Shawn Banks, Lee Banks, Wendy Foreman (Brian), and Samantha Banks, great grandchildren, Chayse and Baylie Fuller, Cason and Alivia Chappell, Taylor, Olivia and Braden Foreman and Adian Banks, numerous nieces and nephews and special niece and third daughter, Linda Yitram (Vira).

Pallbearers will be Christopher Chappell, Shawn Banks, Lee Banks, Chayse Fuller, Nathan and Jesse Yitram. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 beginning at 12PM until 1:00PM with a graveside service at Low Gap Cemetery in Odenville at 2:00PM. Officiating the service will be Pastor Gary Howard and Pastor Ronald Whisenhunt.
