Evelyn Johnson

Evelyn Johnson, 91 of Sterrett, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. Mrs. Johnson was preceded in by her husband, Robert D. Johnson, daughter, Becky Clinkscales; son-in-law, Mark Sego; granddaughter, Sarah Roper; parents, John and Lois Bearden; brothers, J. W. Bearden, Hubert Bearden, Arlton Bearden, and Lester Bearden. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Sego; son-in-law, Joe Clinkscales; sister, Nadine Ingram; brother, Carlton Bearden; grandchildren, Chris Forman, Tyler Roper (Missy), Scott Clinkscales (Cindy), Jennifer Atkins (Dee), Jamie Sego; great grandchildren, Lauren Sego (Gary), Olivia Forman, Marcus Sego, Daniel Clinkscales (Tammy), Chris Clinkscales; great-great grandchildren, Layne Gable, Zach Gable and Brad Gable. There will be a visitation for Mrs. Johnson on Sunday, June 5, 2022 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home 1750 Ashville Road Leeds, Alabama. The funeral service will be on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Beulah Baptist Church in Sterrett, Alabama with burial to follow in the adjoining cemetery.
