Tice, Frances Morgan, age 90 of Leeds, AL passed away on Friday, October 27, 2023. She is preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Charles Tice; daughter, Pamela Gillis; parents, Hughie and May Morgan; brothers, Harold Morgan, Bill Morgan; sisters, Ethyl Morgan, Betty Watkins, Johnie Kerr, and Mary Joyce Morgan.
Frances is survived by her daughter, Connie Baldwin; sons, Butch Tice (Rene `e) and Tim Tice (Patty); grandchildren, Jeff Ulmer, Jamie Ogden, (Geoff), Tory Tice (Sara), Adam Tice, Jill Murphy (Brian), Bailey Baldwin (Jayla), Caitey Wortham (Blake), Will Baldwin and Carsyn Baldwin; 17 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Kilgroe Funeral Home from 10:00AM until 11:00AM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Kilgroe Funeral Home beginning at 11:00AM with burial to follow at Forest Crest Cemetery.
