He is survived by his wife, Mary Lee Welbourne, daughters, Carol Partain (Philip), Sharon Partain (Robert), Rebecca Graves (Joe), Kathy Kujan (Dennis), sons, Joseph Welbourne Sr., (Carol), Herbert Owens Welbourne III, 18 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 PM until 9 PM on Sunday, August 25, 2013 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
Funeral Services will be held at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel on Monday, August 26, 2013 at 2 PM with burial at Macedonia Cemetery.
