JA Whitfield

He is a member of the Vandiver Fire Department.

Mr. Whitfield was preceded in death by his wife, Shelby Whitfield, two sons, Clay and Dewayne, three grandchildren, Kristy, Chris, & Matt.

He is survived by two daughters, Cindy Gasaway (Pat), and Debbie Keith (Frank), one son, Mike Whitfield (Kim), one brother, Sylane Whitfield (Susie), six grandchildren, Bobby (Kim), Michael (Amber), Adam (Halie), Anthony (Kayla), Wes (Kari), and Clay (Jenn), eighteen great-grandchildren, Jake, Liam, Porcha, Piper, Nolan, Aiden, Ella, Ty, Taylor, Chole, Emily, Aiden, Conner, Will, Gad, Hannah, Eli, Lilli, and Laura.

Services for Mr. Whitfield will be Thursday, September 3, 2020, at Kilgroe Funeral Home 1750 Ashville Road Leeds, Alabama 35094 with the visitation from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM with the chapel service beginning at 2:00 PM.

Burial will follow at Sterrett Church of God of Prophecy in Sterrett, Alabama.
