Jan B Morace

Janice B. Morace, age 70 of Leeds, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2026. Mrs.Morace was a life long resident of Leeds, Alabama. She was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church and of Angel Group. Mrs. Morace graduated from Leeds High School in 1973. She retired from her job at the Leeds Housing Authority. She was preceded in death by her father, Ed Brooks; mother, Bernice Little; step father, Raymond Little; and sisters, Debby Morris, Shirley Biddle, and Wallace Jane Baker. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Billy Morace; special daughter, Kimberly Bowling; Godson, Joseph Callaway; brothers Don Morris (Lynette) and Ted Brooks (Re); along with many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at Cedar Grove Baptist Church 2001 Cedar Grove Road Leeds, Alabama 35094 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. On Thursday, March 12, 2026 Mrs. Morace will lie in state from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Cedar Grove Baptist Church with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
