Jim Collier, age 82, of Moody, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Grady and Ivean Collier; sister, Elizabeth Beaulier. Jim is survived by his wife of 51 years, Janet Collier; daughter, Mandy (Mark) Collier; adopted daughter, Dominique Frataccia; grandchildren, Gavin Collier and Tyler Musselman; brother, Grady Collier. Jim was a Electrical Engineer for General Electric for 35 years and graduated from the University of Alabama. Jim loved to play music and hand cane chairs for over 30 years in his spare time. A Visitation will be held on Monday January 13, 2025 from 6:00-8:00PM from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds, Alabama. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday January 14, 2025 at 9:00AM from The Episcopal Church of the Epiphany in Leeds, Alabama.
