Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his parents, Mynat and Lois Phillips and brother, Robert Phillips.
He is survived by his wife, Rosa Mae Phillips, sons, Jimmy Ray Phillips Jr. (Cathy), Frankie Phillips (Jennifer), James Earl Phillips (Sheryl), sisters, Frances “Frank” Galmiche, Leona “Omie” Beasley, Carolyn Cook, brothers, Tommy Phillips, David Phillips and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 6, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with burial at Dunnavant Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Leeds.
