Joel is survived by his children, Lauren Howard, Hope Howard, and Nick Howard; brothers, Earl Howard and David Howard.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 20, 2021 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds from 12:00PM until 1:00PM. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 20, 2021 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds beginning at 1:00PM with burial to follow at Forest Crest Cemetery.
