He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Bauer; daughter, Jennifer Mitchell (Robb); son, John David “Jay” Bauer III (Salli); sister, Marilyn “Nikki” Casey, grandchildren, Hannah and Emma Mitchell, John David and Madeline Bauer.
He touched the lives of many and to know him was to love him.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at Kilgroe Funeral Home at 2:00PM with burial to follow at Moody Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 6, 2013 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM.
